    The view of the ocean here is fantastic, the room is luxurious and impressive, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable, with a balcony and a small kitchen; located near the sea with free parking if needed.

    The location of the hotel was favourable, down to the main shopping strip. Further, it was next to Whale Watch as well as the water front. The room was relaxing and stunning with tea, lounge chairs, a nice bathroom.

    The staff is informative and nice. the hotel is in a marvelous location next to area attractions and a beautiful harbor. We also had a great time at the lake, which is just a 20-minute walk away from the hotel.

    Beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms are accompanied by excellent service. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, a 10-15 minute walk from Whale Watch Kaikoura.

    Neat and modern place with outstandingly accommodating and really friendly staff from receptionist wanting to close. The breakfasts via voucher at the Encounter Cafe next door. Fantastic, stunning location in the shopping area. 10 km away from Kaikoura airport. Great choice for trip.
